I started this photo blog on January 1, 2008 and hope to have 366 pictures on it by December 31, one posted every day. A year of images I thought interesting. Assuming I am successful it should be fun to reflect upon it when completed.

Not so smart?
A couple of months ago I posted a picture of this "Smart Car" as I thought it was pretty neat. And already it is for sale.
I'm an Associate Professor in the Department of Recreation, Sport and Tourism at the University of Illinois Urbana-Chamapaign. I am excited to be teaching an online class this semester.
